State Band & Orchestra Festival

April 24 - 25, 2024

Otsego is honored to be selected to host this event again in 2024. We can not make this day happen without you! Sign up for a block of time or donate some food items. Otsego is a popular site because of the quality event that we have hosted over the years. Lets not disappoint!

Uniforms

• HS - Assist with marching band uniforms and concert garments

• MS – Assist with 8th grade concert garments

Band Camp

August

• Provide daily snacks and drinks

• End of camp cook-out

• Prop building

• Sorting of apparel orders

OBI

Otsego Band Invitational September

• Chairpersons and volunteers needed for each area of the event

• Selling ads

• Program design

• Secure refrigerated truck

Football Games

• Covering bleachers

• Assist with pit

• Coordination of snacks and beverages

Parades

Memorial Day, Allegan Fair, Creative Arts, Christmas Parades

• Driving trucks/trailers

• Load/unload equipment trailers

• Walk with students, hand out waters

Any volunteer that will be working directly with students must have a Background Check on file with the Otsego Public School District at-least 7 days in advance.
