Past parents have worked tirelessly to ensure that there are enough financial resources to help cover the cost of this trip!! ADULT REGISTRATION:
Chaperone registration is closed. Applications will be reviewed by the directors and band board.
Parents that will be traveling with the band (once you are approved) can register using the same account as your student.
The Band Boosters will not be making their payment until late fall/early winter.
This is based on 4 students per room (this is our plan) and 3 buses.
Adult: Double Room $2351 (est) Single Room $2746 (est)(UPDATED 3/28/2025)
Your deposit is due when you register and monthly payments can then be set up. The date and frequency is flexible if communicated to Sam. Sam is the finance manager at Bennett Travel.
