ADULT REGISTRATION:
Chaperone registration is closed. Applications will be reviewed by the directors and band board.
Parents that will be traveling with the band (once you are approved) can register using the same account as your student.
General band parent Florida trip meeting is March 10th at 7:00 pm in the high school band room. ***All families with a student(s) going on the trip should plan to have an adult attend this meeting!***
Parent Chaperone meeting is March 31st @ 7:00 pm at the high school band room.

Final cost will be determined by Bennett Travel 30 days before departure.
Adult: Double Room $2376 (est) Single Room $2770 (est)(UPDATED 2/14/2026)
Your deposit is due when you register and monthly payments can then be set up. The date and frequency is flexible if communicated to Sam. Sam is the finance manager at Bennett Travel.
